Air & Moisture Barriers

TK AIRMAX

Fluid-applied air and moisture barriers for durable, high-performance building envelopes.

WHY FLUID-APPLIED AIR & MOISTURE BARRIERS

Fluid-applied air and moisture barriers create a seamless, fully adhered layer that improves the performance and durability of the building envelope while simplifying installation compared to sheet-based systems.

IMPROVED PERFORMANCE

Reduces uncontrolled air leakage that can increase heating and cooling loads.

CONTINUOUS PROTECTION

Forms a seamless air and water barrier around penetrations, transitions, and irregular substrates.

SIMPLIFIED INSTALLATION

Offers more flexible installation with no primer required, tape or sealant options, pre- or post-spray joint detailing, and 1-year UV exposure.

AIR BARRIER ASSOCIATION OF AMERICA EVALUATED

TK AirMax is a nationally recognized and Air Barrier Association of America (ABAA) evaluated and listed fluid-applied membrane system. ABAA evaluated materials have been tested and determined to meet the industry’s most stringent building codes and building envelope performance standards.

TK-AIRMAX AIR & MOISTURE BARRIER SYSTEM

An asphalt-free, elastomeric, liquid-applied coatings that form a continuous barrier against air and moisture intrusion through above-grade exterior walls. This system prevents the degradation of building performance caused by air and moisture intrusion and gives owners a healthier, safer, more energy-efficient, and resilient building that will stand up to the test of time.

TK-CLIMATE TECH WEATHER-RESISTANT SYSTEM

TK Climate Tech is a fluid-applied air and moisture barrier that forms a seamless, fully adhered membrane over plywood and OSB sheathing. It offers more performance and lower risk at a competitive cost compared to building wraps and factory-coated sheathing. Applied by spray, roller, or trowel, it creates a continuous air and water control layer that improves envelope durability, energy performance, and moisture management in single-family, multifamily, and hospitality construction.
