TRI-SHEEN CONCRETE SURFACER
TK-5321 (smooth), TK-5319 (fine), TK-5301 (medium), TK-5691 (coarse)
A 100% acrylic, a non-cementitious protective coating that provides a durable and attractive textured finish for a variety of decorative surfaces, including autoclaved aerated concrete fence panels, stucco finish coat, and concrete tilt panels. Available in three texture grades (fine, medium, and coarse) and standard or custom color options.
Ready-to-use and requires no primer prior to application.
One-component formulation eliminates the possibility of on-site mixing/measuring errors, uneven textures or film failures.
Excellent alternative to multi-component dry plaster mix products.
Will not fade, chip, crack, peel or support mildew growth.
Helps control efflorescence and salt leaching.
Excellent resistance to a road and/or deicing salts.
Breathable film allows trapped moisture to pass through successfully without loosening or peeling the coating.
Provides color uniformity and long-lasting color retention.
Low maintenance – sheds dirt easily and stays cleaner, longer.
TRI-LASTIC PROTECTIVE ACRYLIC COATING
TK-5610 (smooth), TK-5611 (fine), TK-5612 (medium)
An elastomeric, protective coating with high-quality acrylic resins for use on autoclaved aerated concrete wall panels, decorative concrete, masonry, and stucco. Available in three texture grades (smooth, fine, medium), TK-TRI-LASTIC provides water repellency, durability, and flexibility throughout a wide range of temperatures and conditions.
Features:
✓ Excellent elongation and recovery properties that allow it to bridge hairline cracks and move with the substrate.
✓ Excellent resistance to stains, dirt, air-borne pollutants, acids, alkali, and degradation from freeze/thaw cycles.
✓ Forms a water-repellent film which is impermeable to wind-driven rain, yet is permeable to water vapor, which could otherwise cause moisture damage.
✓ Contains no plasticizers and will not become hard or brittle through many years of exposure.
✓ Excellent UV resistance and long-term color retention.
TRI-SHEEN ACRYLIC
TK-5342
A 100% acrylic, breathable masonry coating that promotes surface adhesion and color retention for a long-lasting decorative finish. TK-TRI-SHEEN ACRYLIC may be used alone or combined with surfacing texturizing products for increased color uniformity and stability. Available in standard and custom color options.
Features:
Will not fade, chip, crack, peel, or support mildew growth.
Resistant to degradation caused by ultraviolet light.
Low maintenance – sheds dirt easily and stays cleaner, longer.
Breathable film allows trapped moisture to pass through successfully without loosening or peeling the coating.

TRI-SHEEN PIGMENTED STAIN
TK-5272
A low viscosity, semi-opaque, acrylic emulsion designed for cementitious and wood surfaces. Its acrylic resins and unique formulation create a uniformly colored finish that lasts. Available in standard and custom color options.

Odor free and VOC compliant, making it ideal for both interior and exterior applications.
