No matter whether your next project is the twentieth time you have used Hebel AAC products or the first, we can help your entire team successfully get to the finish line.
ARCHITECTURE
Technical Assistance and Education
Most Modular solutions are integral components of your building plans (structure, envelope, fire protection, etc.) so beginning to work with your design team as early in the design process as possible is key. The Modular team begins by taking your initial conceptual plans and providing a project evaluation to determine which of our solutions can provide value. Once you determine to utilize one of our systems, we provide your team with AIA education programs and other technical documentation needed to begin design. Modular will then provide design assistance and coordination with structural engineering and budgeting along the way.
ENGINEERING
DELEGATED EngineerING Services
Hebel Masonry and large-format panel products provide structural capabilities and must be designed specifically to project requirements. The Modular team will work with your project engineer of record (EOR) to design the Hebel AAC and other related structural components of the building. Working with the engineers from the Hebel factory, our team can also provide delegated engineering for any of the Hebel AAC scope of work to simplify and speed up the design process for the EOR. Hebel delegated engineering services are ideally engaged during design phase so that the plans that go for permit and bid are complete and accurate but can also be provided as “Shop Drawings” in the pre-construction phase.
CONSTRUCTION
Installer Training & Job Site Support
The Modular team will begin working with general contractors as early in the process as possible to provide budgeting assistance and help in identifying the most effective installing contractors for the project in consideration. We then assist installing contractors through the bid process and provide their crews with installation training before they get to the job site and ongoing on-site and remote assistance as needed during construction.
